**About the Role:** **The Continuing Education \& Compliance Coordinator has the critical task of supporting the IECRM Training Department by providing the necessary planning, scheduling, support and implementation of all IECRM Continuing Education (CEU) and Career College (CC) Courses \- both In\-Class and Online. This role will collaborate with the IECRM Training Director on new models for the delivery of continuing education classes. In addition, this role will manage reciprocal state compliance and documentation and will be a knowledge base and resource on electrical licensure requirements and regulations with all applicable regulating entities, in tandem with the IECRM Compliance Manager.** **This role will oversee and be proficient in managing audio, video and technology needs for instruction and coordinate room set\-up and access to IECRM facilities for classes that are scheduled for off hours.
