**Summary Statement** --------------------- Join us as a **WaterShed Visitor Services Specialist** to create welcoming and engaging experiences for visitors while providing excellent customer service, leading exhibit hall tours for the public and K–12 groups, and supporting educational programs and daily operations. This role also assists with administrative tasks, facility safety and upkeep, and opening and closing the building. **This position works a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, with regular Saturday availability required.** **Required Knowledge, Experience, And Training** * Experience working with the general public or children. **Licensing And Other Requirements** * First aid and CPR certification or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire date. **Special Requirements** Applicants must be able to pass: * City of Boise background check processes which includes a criminal history check and reference checks in accordance with the City of Boise Hiring Process Regulation **Essential Functions** ----------------------- Provides excellent customer service while greeting and interacting with the public.
