#### **Position Summary** The Financial Analyst – Accounting \& Finance is an onsite 4 days a week with the option of 1 remote day, accounting and finance position responsible for analyzing financial information across departments and providing meaningful insights to support business decisions. This position combines financial analysis, accounting support, cost analysis, financial reporting, process improvement, compliance, and financial systems oversight. The Financial Analyst will work cross\-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and other departments to identify financial trends, reconcile accounts, improve processes, support technology implementations, and ensure accurate and timely financial information. The position will also assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, sales tax compliance, fixed assets, audits, and financial system improvements. #### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** Analyze financial and operational data across departments including but not limited to revenue, expenses, labor, supply, project, and operating costs.
