**POSITION SUMMARY** Spectrum Dance Theater is seeking a part\-time Marketing \& Communications Manager to lead the day\-to\-day marketing and communications work of the organization across our professional Company, School, performances, programs, and events. This is a hands\-on role responsible for turning organizational priorities into clear, coordinated campaigns across email, social media, web, advertising, and audience communications. The Marketing \& Communications Manager owns the marketing calendar and campaign execution while coordinating with staff and creative contractors to get the information and assets needed to do the work well. **CORE RESPONSIBILITIES** Campaigns \& Planning * Own Spectrum’s organization\-wide marketing calendar and campaign timelines. * Plan and execute campaigns for Company performances, School enrollment and programming, fundraising initiatives, and major organizational announcements. * Identify needed information, assets, approvals, budgets, and deadlines in advance. * Manage competing priorities and flag missing information or capacity issues early.
