The team's focus is to balance the concerns of jobseekers, employers, and overall marketplace health through pricing, bidding, ranking, and market design. As the most senior MLE on the team, you will set the bar for quality and rigor in how we manage the tradeoffs in our marketplace through metric definition, experiments, and monitoring. You will partner with Product, Software Engineering, and Data Scientists to design systems, models, and experiments that impact millions of jobseekers and employers.
