(Onsite, non\-negotiable) Financial Accounting \& Reporting * Processing bi‑weekly payroll cycle. * Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activity. * Support month‑end close, revenue recognition, and financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAP. * Run weekly and monthly Profit and Loss statements. * Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, billing errors, or compliance risks. * Assist with cost allocation, contract profitability analysis, and labor cost reporting. Contract Security Compliance * Ensure adherence to wage and hour laws, including overtime, meal/rest break rules, and state‑specific labor mandates. * Review scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll data for accuracy and compliance with client contracts. * Validate that bill rates, pay rates, and contract terms align with executed agreements.
