**Your role** ------------- Bring your curiosity to work as our next **Indirect Business Development Manager** . You will be part of ou r Service and Optimization team reporting to the Vice President, Service \& Optimization for Quincy Compressor. In this role, your mission is to drive profitable growth through our indirect channel by strengthening distributor performance, developing new business opportunities, and executing effective aftermarket parts pricing strategies. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers. **Your day\-to\-day** --------------------- This role serves as the primary business partner for distributors while also providing leadership for parts pricing, price realization, discount governance, and margin improvement. The position works closely with Distributor Leadership, Sales, Service, Product Management, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service to increase market share, grow aftermarket revenue, improve profitability, and deliver a consistent customer experience.
