### **Your Role and Impact** As the Planning Manager, you will lead the planning function for the Springville site, ensuring efficient material flow, production planning, scheduling, and inventory management in support of business objectives and customer commitments. This role plays a critical part in driving operational performance, on\-time delivery, and continuous improvement across the facility. You will partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Commercial teams to align demand, capacity, and production strategies while developing a high\-performing team and fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the Planning team and provide strategic and tactical direction to support site operational objectives, customer commitments, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals. * Direct production planning, master scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory strategies to ensure efficient material flow and on\-time delivery performance. * Develop and maintain Planning systems and processes, including Plan for Every Part (PFEP), ERP planning BOMs, forecasting, reorder points, and safety stock strategies. * Ut...
