Coffee Operations Manager **Confidential Employer · Oakland, California · On\-site** **Full\-time · $55,000 \- $75,000 annual salary, depending on experience** **Intended classification: Salaried non\-/exempt management position** **Expected schedule: 40–50 hours per week, including early mornings, opening or closing shifts, and weekends as scheduled** **An independent coffee shop in Oakland is seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to lead café operations, strengthen its coffee program, and help launch a new location.** We’re looking for someone who brings together excellent coffee knowledge, attention to detail, a willingness to go above and beyond, a commitment to developing community, high emotional intelligence and strong operational judgment. Building relationships with customers, supporting employees, and creating a welcoming space for people from different backgrounds are central to this role. This is a management role that also includes time working on the café floor.
