Associate Manager – Private Credit Fund Accounting Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Oversee the monthly and quarterly close for private credit funds, including preparation and review of the general ledger, trial balance, and supporting schedules; * Oversee the preparation of schedules to support the general ledger balances reported in the financial statements; * Communicate directly with the General Partners and respond promptly to their requests to provide them with the information they require; * Review and approve accounting for loan originations, purchases, sales, and paydowns, including trade date vs. settle date considerations where applicable; * Oversee the calculation and recording of interest income, paid\-in\-kind (PIK) income, original issue discount (OID)/premium accretion, and amortization * Interact with auditors and provide them with reports/support to assist them during the audit; * Ability to multi\-task between different tasks, client deliverables and internal demands throughout the day; * Review borrowing base reporting and lender compliance deliverables where funds utilize subscription lines, warehouse facilities, or leverage structures; * Understand and ...
