You make sure the problem stays solved.** Alpha Inc. is looking for an **IT Analyst – Tier 2** who knows how to troubleshoot beyond the obvious, communicate without the tech\-speak, and take ownership when technology gets between our people and the work that needs to get done. This is the bridge between Tier 1 support and Alpha’s senior technical resources. You’ll tackle the escalations that require more digging, own issues through resolution, strengthen our documentation and support processes, and help keep employees connected and productive across HQ, field offices, and remote and mobile environments.
