**Description** As the Quality Manager you will be responsible for the quality and continuous improvement activities within designated Fortis Solutions Group sites. Your primary focus is to develop, implement and maintain quality initiatives for the company and to execute assigned tasks. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal and external procedures, customer requirements, regulatory agency guidelines as appropriate, and all Fortis Solutions Group policies. In addition, you will be responsible for facilitating external and internal audits on a routine basis to identify any non\-conforming areas and develop sustainable and systemic corrective actions. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization with specific responsibility over assigned sites. * Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports and providing data and recommendations to Plant and Quality Leadership.
