On\-Site, Live\-In Manager at a medium sized residential complex. Complex has a leasing office where manager will carry out duties from 9am to 5pm with possible after hours availability required. Duties require: \-Collecting and depositing rental checks \-Communicating with tenants regarding maintenance, and all other residential matters. \-Communicating with vendors and forwarding all pertinent information to ownership and upper management. \-Ensuring the property meets all city and state mandated regulations. \-Drawing up lease packages Requirements: \-Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a medium\-large sized residential property. \-Basic knowledge of renters laws in the state of California. \-Ability to carry out daily tasks in a diligent and focused manner. \-Clean rental record. \-Leadership qualities that enable the establishment of clear communication channels between tenants and ownership and upper management. \-Ability to react and respond to all levels of emergency situations that may arise at the property and clearly communicate them to ownership and upper management. \-Ability to interact with all residents in a respectful and understanding manner.
