Florida Aquatics Swimming \& Training (FAST) is seeking an innovative, forward thinking Operations Manager for a state\-of\-the\-art aquatic center with leading\-edge technology which provides the Ocala community and beyond with programs and training opportunities that benefit every phase of life. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in aquatics, business acumen, operational leadership, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding experience for members, athletes, families, and guests.
