Position Overview: We are seeking a detail\-oriented and motivated General Ledger (GL) Accountant to join our team. Reporting to the Site Controller, this role supports day\-to\-day accounting operations, month\-end close, and on\-site financial reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of general ledger processes, maintains accurate financial records, and promotes compliance with GAAP, company policies, and internal controls. Key Responsibilities: * Support the Site Controller with daily accounting operations, month\-end close activities, and timely financial reporting. * Prepare, review, and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, reclassifications, and other recurring or adjusting entries. * Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations; investigate and resolve reconciling items on a timely basis. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to gather supporting data, analyze account activity, and resolve accounting issues. * Support the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and budget\-to\-actual variances. * Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes...
