The position and level of engineer hire will be determined by the applicant’s qualifications for Associate Engineer PE or Associate Engineer NPE. This positionworks primarily with the Utilities division of Public Works. **About the Job:** The successful Associate Engineer PE or Associate Engineer NPE, plans, designs, and manages both small and large traffic engineering projects. Work involves preparing traffic engineering designs, specifications and reports for traffic signals and illumination systems, as well as daily operational tasks related to planning and analysis for traffic operations.
