**Job Summary:** Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Vice President of Finance \& Accounting provides leadership and oversight of accounting operations, financial reporting, treasury, tax compliance, internal controls, audit coordination, and financial systems. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial information, safeguarding organizational assets, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, supporting the annual budget process, and leading scalable financial operations that support organizational growth and performance. Serves as a key partner to executive and operational leadership while overseeing the finance and accounting team and ensuring the effective execution of financial reporting, treasury, internal controls, audit activities, tax compliance, and financial systems.
