This is an ONSITE position **POSITION SUMMARY** The E\-Commerce Specialist owns day\-to\-day online sales and digital storefronts for Kaplan Industrial, Ki Liquid Engineering, and Proje Premium Car Care. This role manages e\-commerce orders and listings, grows TikTok and other social\-commerce channels, supports specialty and boutique accounts, and produces the product and lifestyle content needed to convert traffic into sales. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** E\-commerce sales \& operations · Manage product listings, pricing, inventory status, and promotions across company websites and third\-party channels (Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces as assigned). · Process and track e\-commerce orders; coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and customer service on fulfillment, backorders, and returns. · Monitor conversion, AOV, best sellers, and stockouts; flag replenishment needs before listings go dark. · Maintain accurate product copy, images, specs, SDS links, and MAP\-compliant pricing on all storefronts. · Support paid and organic campaigns with product data, offer calendars, and post\-purchase follow\-up.
