MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer\-oriented, entry\-level **Government Accounting Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Analyst** to join our team. This is an entry level position. The Government Accounting Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Analyst supports various DCAA or DCMA audits and reviews and internal reviews or projects associated with ensuring compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and other applicable USG reporting requirements. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** * Providing DCAA/DCMA audit support for Incurred Cost Submissions, Cost Impacts, Forward Pricing, and Disclosure Statements. * Providing DCAA audit support for system reviews * Performing internal reviews and monitoring for compliance with FAR, DFARS, and CAS. * Assisting with the monitoring of indirect rates and providing monitoring results to DCMA. * Creating, maintaining, and editing internal documents in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint using advanced techniques * Performing Labor Floorchecks which involves interviewing employees for compliance with MANTECH’s Labor Policies an...
