**Job Function** ---------------- The Employer Development Coordinator advances Macomb’s mission by cultivating, strengthening, and managing employer partnerships that create meaningful opportunities for students and alumni. This role oversees employer\-facing programs and platforms, implements engagement strategies that support student recruitment and success, and serves as a key liaison among employers, faculty, and academic programs.
