**Manager of Residential Operations** **Job Overview** The Manager of Residential Operations is responsible for the effective day\-to\-day operation and coordination of services within AccessPoint RI’s Residential Program, including 24\-hour licensed group residences, supported independent living arrangements, and in\-home/community\-based supports. This position provides leadership and supervision to Residential Managers, promotes consistent and high\-quality services for individuals supported, and ensures compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, staffing expectations, and program budgets.
