**Production Manager – Food Manufacturing** **Position Overview** We are seeking an experienced, hands\-on Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations across first and second shift for a growing food production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong production leader who enjoys being on the floor, developing people, solving problems, and keeping a fast\-moving operation organized and on schedule. The Production Manager will oversee the production process from scheduling through execution, ensuring customer orders are completed accurately, efficiently, safely, and according to established food safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail\-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing production schedules, people management, equipment needs, quality requirements, and changing priorities.
