They will be evaluated both on the financial performance of their projects as well as customer satisfaction with the work being done. This position will work closely with the Foreman and Regional Directors, also ensuring the Foreman is able to properly staff their jobs with equipment as well as personnel. **What you’ll do:** * Responsible for 2\-5 foremen, which includes scheduling, coordinating, and managing their daily construction activities * Responsible for project profitability; inspect project sites on a weekly/bi\-weekly basis and work with Foremen to ensure all projects are running smoothly * Responsible for ensuring purchases for projects are made within purchase order expectations * Required to keep all necessary records through the ...
