We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and compassionate Adult Residential Facility (ARF) Administrator to oversee the day\-to\-day operations of a Level 6 Adult Residential Facility serving adults with developmental and physical disabilities, including individuals who require behavioral intervention and enhanced support. We are looking for an experienced professional who understands the unique responsibilities of working in a higher\-level residential setting and can provide strong, consistent leadership to both residents and staff. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, an excellent communicator, and knowledgeable in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral needs. This position requires someone who can effectively communicate and coordinate with physicians, healthcare providers, Regional Center representatives, families, and other members of each resident's support team.
