The **Senior Data Analyst** will own end\-to\-end analytics for multiple key games, proactively identifying high\-impact opportunities and translating complex or ambiguous product questions into clear, actionable strategies and experimentation plans. In this role, you'll partner cross\-functionally with teams across **Product Management, Ad Serving, Marketing, and Game Design**, using data and insights to inform decision\-making, evaluate performance, uncover opportunities, and help drive meaningful improvements across our games and the business. **Responsibilities:** * Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests for game features and monetization strategies, turning results into clear recommendations that improve retention, engagement, and ARPDAU. * Lead strategic analyses of player behavior and game systems to find growth opportunities and shape the product roadmap. * Build AI\-powered self\-serve agents and workflows that let game teams answer common data questions on their own and make the analytics team more efficient. * Define KPIs and build dashboards that track game performance across player types, game systems, and player experience. * Write tracking specs with designers and ...
