Description: **Overview:** We are currently seeking a reliable and safety\-conscious Terminal Manager to join our team. The Terminal Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the terminal, ensuring all activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and Shipper/Customer specifications while staying committed to our four core values of safety, quality, honesty, and efficiency. The manager will manage staff, train employees, facilitate efficient operations, and maintain a safe and compliant work environment. The Terminal Manager will also focus on quality control, customer service, and environmental health and safety. **Key Responsibilities** **Training Responsibilities:** * Policy and Procedure training: Train employees on PTL policies and written procedures.
