Description: **PRIMARY FUNCTION:** Leads and supports the DevOps department in the achievement of organizational and team goals, while managing project deliverables that support the strategic priorities of the Credit Union. Responsible for business and process analysis, workflow and automation development, business intelligence architecture and data governance and phased SDLC with proper code storage standards. **EXPERIENCE:** Five years to eight years of similar or related experience. **REQUIRED SKILLS:** DevOps management experience. Experience leading sprint reviews \& phased SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) management. Ability to effectively communicate, interact, and work with individuals and groups. High level of accuracy, and attention to detail. Strong time management with ability to multi\-task and resolve technical emergencies. Verbal, written, listening, and interviewing skills. Conflict resolution and decision making skills.
