**Position: Inventory Control Coordinator/Specialist** **Department: Supply Chain** **Reports to Procurement Manager** **Direct Reports: None** **Classification: Hourly / Non\-Exempt** **General Description** We are seeking a detail\-oriented and organized **Inventory Control Specialist** to support our growing Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating receiving activities, managing documentation, supporting reporting and month\-end activities, and helping improve inventory and warehouse processes. You will collaborate cross\-functionally with teams including **Customer Service, Logistics, Inventory Management, Supply Planning, Quality Assurance, R\&D, and Sourcing.** **Essential Duties** **Inventory Control \& Operations** * Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy. * Investigate and reconcile inventory variances and identify root causes. * Maintain accurate inventory information in ERP/WMS systems. * Monitor inbound and outbound inventory movements and ensure proper documentation. * Review and process receiving documents and support invoice approval activities. * Support aging reports, inv...
