***EquipNet helps the largest manufacturers in the world to buy, sell, and manage their surplus capital equipment.*** ***Location: Cerritos, CA (within commuting distance candidates only, as this position will be a mix of onsite at our Cerritos warehouse, remote and working at client sites)*** We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer specializing in Hamilton and Tecan automated liquid handling platforms to provide remote, on\-site, and in\-house facility support to biotech, pharmaceutical, and clinical laboratory clients. This role ensures optimal system performance, uptime, and compliance across a range of automated liquid handling and lab automation systems and includes hands\-on refurbishment work performed at our Cerritos facility as well as service at client sites. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide remote, on\-site, and in\-facility technical support for Hamilton (STAR, STARlet, Vantage, Nimbus) and Tecan (Fluent, EVO) liquid handling systems. * Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and application\-related issues, including robotic arms, pipetting channels, grippers, and integrated peripherals (plate readers, sealers, incubators, barcode readers). * Perform pr...
