**Position:** Physical Therapist (PT) **Facility:** Rehabilitation Center of Orlando **Location:** Orlando, FL **Shift:** Full\-Time \| Day Shift **Pay Rate:** Up to **$53 per hour** ### **Position Summary** The Rehabilitation Center of Orlando is seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Physical Therapist (PT)** to join our interdisciplinary care team. This role focuses on delivering high\-quality rehabilitative services that improve mobility, independence, and overall quality of life for our residents. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. * Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, posture, gait, and balance. * Fit, educate, and train residents on the proper use of adaptive equipment, including orthotics and prosthetics. * Select and apply appropriate physical modalities based on diagnosis and functional ability. * Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other rehabilitation professionals to provide coordinated, resident\-centered care. * Monitor resident progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes accurately. * Educate residents and careg...
