### **How Your Role Will Shape Our Success** Start your engineering career by learning how structures perform in the real world. As a Structural Restoration Engineer, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers to investigate existing structures, understand the causes of deterioration or distress, and help develop practical repair and restoration solutions. You’ll gain experience both in the field and in the office, giving you the opportunity to see projects from initial investigation through design and construction. Along the way, you’ll build the technical knowledge, problem\-solving skills, and project experience that will help you grow as a structural engineer. **New to restoration?
