As a top\-rated organization, we foster an inclusive, collaborative work environment where innovation and patient care lead the way. **ABOUT THE UNIT:** At Maury Regional Medical Center (MRMC), our Mother\-Baby department is dedicated to providing family\-centered care during the postpartum period. We are a 25\-bed unit with a nurse\-to\-patient ratio of 5/6:1\. We encourage “rooming\-in,” where infants remain in the mother’s room 24 hours a day, and partners are welcome to stay overnight to participate in baby care. This approach allows new parents to ask questions and receive hands\-on education from our staff. Our team includes board\-certified obstetricians, pediatricians and registered nurses certified in neonatal resuscitation.
