Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Director of Finance to spearhead the successful financials of our water\-front, full service 357\-room San Diego Mission Bay Resort on beautiful Mission Bay. **The JOB:** As Director of Finance at San Diego Mission Bay Resort, you will bring change and make a difference. You’ll oversee accounting and financial reporting for all of the resort’s operations: Mission Bay Resort, our resort outlets Covewood Restaurant, Solrisa, Plaza Del Sol, and Mission Joe, our retail outlet Mercado, our full banquet and conference operations, and our world class spa, Spa Brezza. Together with your fantastic team you're tasked to elevate our accounting, controls, and financial reporting to a new level, mentor managers, and have fun! **YOU:** To be successful in this position, we’re looking for an amazing financial leader, who thrives on financial accuracy, training and sharing their experience in luxury, independent hotels.
