**Job Summary:** As the Infrastructure \& Operations Manager, you will be accountable for reliable, secure, supportable infrastructure and operational execution across servers, multi\-cloud platforms, backup/recovery, core services, DevOps/platform operations, and multi\-site production technology dependencies. **Essential Functions:** * Lead overall IT systems and DevOps engineers; manage priorities, staffing, performance, on call/escalation, and development. * Own infrastructure availability, capacity, patching, backup/recovery, monitoring, lifecycle, cloud operations, and technical debt reduction. * Coordinate major incidents, root\-cause analysis, changes, maintenance windows, and disaster recovery exercises. * Ensure infrastructure controls satisfy security and SOC 2 requirements, including access, logging, vulnerability, change, backup, and evidence expectations. * Maintain architecture diagrams, runbooks, inventory, standards, dependencies, and recovery documentation. * Manage infrastructure/cloud vendors, licensing, costs, and service performance. * Partners with production/business teams to schedule changes and minimize operational disruption. * Perform all other duties as...
