**Summary** ----------- We are actively recruiting experienced Construction Project Managers for established general contractors specializing in ground\-up multifamily, podium construction, mixed\-use developments, affordable housing, and market\-rate apartments. We are seeking Project Managers who can oversee projects from preconstruction and initial sitework through vertical construction, interiors, inspections, and final turnover. Ideal candidates have experience with Type III/Type V, wood\-frame, concrete, and podium construction, along with a strong background in managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, contracts, and client relationships. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Manage ground\-up multifamily and mixed\-use construction projects from preconstruction through final completion. * Oversee all phases of construction, including sitework, foundations, podium, framing, MEP, interiors, and turnover. * Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, cost forecasts, and overall project plans. * Lead subcontractor bidding, buyout, contract negotiations, and procurement activities. * Manage project financials, including cost tracking, change orders,...
