Job Summary Big Mann On Campus LLC (BMOC) is an official TikTok LIVE Creator Network looking for motivated Talent Managers to help recruit, develop, and support the next generation of livestreaming creators. This is a remote, flexible, commission\-based independent contractor opportunity for people who understand social media, recognize personality and potential, enjoy networking, and are interested in building and managing creator relationships. Earning Potential: Up to $75,000 per year This is a commission\-based independent contractor opportunity. There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage, and actual earnings vary based on recruiting activity, creator activity and performance, and the size of your managed creator roster. As a BMOC Talent Manager, you’ll identify promising creators, introduce them to our network, help them through onboarding, and continue supporting them after they join. Your earning potential can grow as you build a larger roster and the creators you manage grow on TikTok LIVE.
