**Role Overview:** This nursing position involves providing direct patient care in a 32\-bed, stroke\-certified Intermediate Care Unit with a focus on cardiac monitoring and management. Nurses will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, promote patient safety, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care.
