**Job Requirements** **SIGN ON BONUS $5,000\.00 New Grad \- $10,000\.00 Eligible Experienced RN** Our Intensive Care Unit has 18beds and utilizes latest technology such as Omnicell, Epic, and Mindray (for vitals), allowing our team to provide the best care possible to our patients. Our Nurse\-to\-Patient Ratio is 1:2 or 1:3 depending upon acuity. We work with medical and surgical ICU cases, single system organ failure, diabetic ketoacidosis, sepsis, CHS, COPD, etc. This team has excellent comradery and is often recognized for their superb clinical skill set. The Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN) provides inpatient nursing care to patients in compliance with the SC Nurse Practice Act and organization protocols, policies, procedures, and guidelines. The RN demonstrates clinical competency utilizing evidence\-based practices and research in all areas of the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and outcomes. The RN demonstrates thorough knowledge of therapeutic patient care, patient advocacy, clinical pathways/care maps, team dynamics, hospital systems, and serves as a resource for support associates.
