**About the role** Every week, people find Gulfcoast Eye Care through our ads and phone lines because they're ready to stop depending on glasses, contacts, or cloudy vision. Most aren't ready to say yes on the first call. They need someone who responds fast, answers their real questions, talks honestly about cost, and stays with them until they feel confident. That's this job. You'll work every lead and pre\-educate patients before their consult. After the consult, you'll present pricing and financing and close the case. Then you'll make sure the patient is fully ready for surgery day. You'll have your own pipeline, clear goals, and commission that rewards results. **What you'll do** * Respond to new leads from ads, our website, and inbound calls within minutes, and follow up consistently until they book * Qualify interest, timeline, and budget, then book and confirm consultations * Pre\-educate patients on EVO ICL, Refractive Lens Exchange, and premium lens options at cataract surgery * Meet with patients after their doctor consult to review the plan, present fees and financing, and work through hesitations * Collect deposits and surgical fees, and help patients apply for financin...
