Help patients move from injury to recovery in our Orthopedic Clinic, supporting sports medicine and orthopedic trauma care! What you'll do: In this role, you’ll coordinate follow\-up care after emergency room visits or emergency surgery, assist with surgery scheduling, and provide patient education before and after surgical procedures. You’ll also coordinate follow\-up appointments, physical therapy referrals, and other postoperative needs and resources to help patients navigate each step of their recovery. Through in\-person visits, online communication, and phone support, you’ll serve as a key connection between patients and their care team, helping patients feel informed, supported, and prepared throughout their care.
