Position Title: Auxiliary Services Specialist Dept./Division: Property Operations – Auxiliary Services Division Reports To: Auxiliary Services Lead Employment Status: Full\-time FLSA Status: Non\-Exempt Regular Work Hours: 8 hours (M – F) Probationary Period: 120 Days Pay: $20\.00 \- $25\.00/hr **Position Summary** The Auxiliary Services Specialist is a cross\-trained field professional responsible for delivering integrated pest management, grounds maintenance, landscaping, property beautification, exterior property support, seasonal services, and emergency response activities throughout OneCanopi communities. This position performs a wide range of duties designed to maintain safe, healthy, attractive, and well\-maintained residential communities. Employees in this classification are expected to perform both pest control and ground maintenance responsibilities daily and are assigned work based on operational priorities rather than a single specialty.
