ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Coordinates and/or designs to obtain the most effective and mechanically sound design possible, in accordance with contractual requirements. * Coordinates all outside designs to obtain the most cost effective and mechanically sound design possible, in accordance with contractual requirements.
