The Position The Finance Rotation Development Program provides the opportunity for high potential future leaders to gain exposure to roles that are critical to the Finance organization at Roche. During a 2\-year period, the selected candidates will participate in four rotations between 3 and 8 months in different DIA Finance chapters. This program is designed to provide the selected candidates with challenging assignments and training in both technical and leadership areas.
