**Job Summary**: Supports the day\-to\-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure resident’s healthcare needs are met. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as resident’s healthcare needs change. Supports Wellness Directors, Licensed Nurses and other direct care staff within the community. Directly reports to Executive Vice President of Operations. Locations include DC/MD/VA and one location in FL. All communities are Assisted Living with Memory Care. **Compensation:** $120,000 \- $130,000 yearly **Responsibilities:****Essential Functions:** * Ensuring quality resident care is consistently delivered * Supporting the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical goals and objectives * Supporting the team by developing clear role expectations for all clinical leaders * Serving as a resource on clinical issues, current trends in healthcare, and state, federal regulations * Serves on the Wellness Leadership Team, actively participating in the leadership of the departmental strategy and planning * Provides leadership and fiscal direction of clinical operations * Identifies staff education opportunities and partners with team m...
