**Position Summary** The Field Technician Team Lead provides technical leadership and oversight for field testing teams performing inspection, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical power systems at customer sites. This role is responsible for leading field crews, coordinating testing activities, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards, and supporting successful project execution.
