**Pay:** Up to $70,000\.00 per year **Location:** Must work onsite in Hiawatha, Iowa **Job Description:** SmartphonesPLUS is seeking a confident, hands\-on Operations Supervisor to lead daily operations, manage people across departments, and ensure productivity, quality, and accountability on every shift. This is a frontline leadership role. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for actively managing employees on the floor, addressing performance issues in real time, delegating work across departments, enforcing policies and safety procedures, and ensuring all daily processing and customer commitments are met. The ideal candidate is direct, communicative, and comfortable holding people accountable, while also knowing how to coach, motivate, and deliver constructive feedback.
