Overview: The People Team at HarperCollins Publishers leads our people strategy and recruitment across North America. We are seeking a Coordinator, People \& Recruiting to support the Vice President, People and the Talent Acquisition team, primarily focused on HarperCollins Christian Publishing (HCCP) with the flexibility to support HarperCollins Publishers as business needs evolve. This role will coordinate People team processes, recruitment, and onboarding while supporting employees, candidates, hiring managers, and People team partners. Responsibilities: Build trusted relationships with employees, candidates, hiring managers, People partners, and cross\-functional teams through responsive communication and reliable follow\-through.
