The Fleet Coordinator provides day\-to\-day administrative and operational coordination for vehicles assigned to and supporting the contract. The Coordinator maintains vehicle accountability, coordinates vehicle placement and assignments, schedules maintenance and inspections, monitors readiness and availability, maintains complete fleet records, and follows up with vehicle vendors and operational personnel to ensure fleet issues are addressed promptly. Working under the direction of the Program Manager, the Fleet Coordinator serves as the routine point of contact for vehicle status, maintenance coordination, documentation, and vendor follow\-up.
