**SUMMARY:** The candidate is responsible for leading the accounting team and overseeing all general ledger activities and financial reporting, proper implementation and maintenance of the Company’s accounting policies and procedures, and ensuring successful completion of the Company’s SEC filings. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Limoneira’s job descriptions describe the key areas of responsibility but do not attempt to describe all activities or areas of responsibility.
