Through individualized treatment and a full continuum of care, we help clients build the skills, confidence, and foundation needed for lasting recovery and a healthier, more fulfilling life. About the Role As a Registered Nurse, you are responsible for the medical care and safety of clients moving through detox and residential treatment. You will assess clients on admission and throughout their stay, administer medications and injections as prescribed, monitor vital signs and respond to changes, and keep accurate records in the electronic health record system. You will work closely with providers, clinical staff, and fellow nurses to build and carry out each client's care plan, and you will maintain medication stock and MARs to the standards our licensing and accreditation require. This is a hands\-on role in a fast\-paced setting.
